01

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of twentyfour26.com, our part submission tools, and our account and admin features. By using these services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Questions about these terms can be sent to founders@twentyfour26.com.

02

Submissions and quotes

Submitting a file is a request for review or a quote. It does not by itself create an accepted manufacturing order or guarantee that we can make the part.

Automated geometry checks, previews, dimensions, prices, and manufacturing assessments may be incomplete or contain errors. We may request additional information or decline a submission.

Pricing, specifications, tolerances, payment, delivery, cancellation, and any order-specific warranty or remedy are established in the quote or other terms agreed for the accepted order. Those agreed order terms govern the order if they conflict with these website terms. Turnaround times depend on the part, review, and available capacity; they are not guaranteed by uploading a file.

03

Your designs and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the designs and other content you submit. You give twentyfour26 permission to store, copy, analyze, and use that content as necessary to review your request, prepare a quote, manufacture an accepted order, and provide related support. This permission includes processing by service providers working on our behalf.

You must have the rights and permission needed to submit the content and request the work. You are responsible for providing accurate files, materials, specifications, and instructions, and for reviewing the agreed quote and manufacturing requirements.

You are responsible for assessing whether a design and any resulting part are suitable for their intended application. Website previews and automated checks are not engineering certification, safety approval, or a substitute for appropriate testing.

04

Accounts and admin access

Public part submissions currently do not require an account. Where sign-in is available, provide accurate information and protect access to your account. Google login is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

Admin access is restricted to authorized accounts. Admins can view orders and files and grant or remove access for other admins. Grant access only to people authorized to handle this information, and use customer information only for legitimate service-related purposes.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the service or address misuse.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit unlawful or infringing content, distribute malicious files, access another person’s information without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misrepresent your identity or authority. You must comply with laws applicable to your use of the service and any requested manufacturing work.

06

Our website and service providers

The website, software, branding, and materials we provide belong to twentyfour26 or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. You may use the website to evaluate and obtain our services.

The service relies on third-party hosting, storage, and authentication providers. We may change or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Third-party websites linked from our service have their own terms.

07

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free automated results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its automated tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, twentyfour26 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its automated tools. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Obligations for accepted manufacturing orders are governed by the terms agreed for those orders.

08

Changes, access, and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not retroactively change an accepted order without agreement.

You can stop using the website at any time. For account or data deletion requests, follow the contact process in our Privacy Policy. Ending website access does not cancel obligations relating to an accepted order.

For order questions, contact orders@twentyfour26.com. For questions about these terms, contact founders@twentyfour26.com.
